2. Products and Availability

Melt. Design Works specializes in independently designed apparel, accessories, and other creative merchandise, including hand-screen-printed and small-batch products.

Many of our items are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and other details. However, actual colors and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, materials, and production methods.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product without prior notice.

3. Handmade Products and Production Variations

Many Melt. products are hand-printed, individually finished, or produced using techniques that naturally create minor variations between items.

Slight differences in print placement, ink coverage, color, texture, and finish are inherent characteristics of handmade production and are not ordinarily considered manufacturing defects.

We strive to maintain consistent quality and ensure that every product meets our standards before shipment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and the order is canceled with a refund.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders involving suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or material pricing errors. Any payments collected for canceled orders will be refunded.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

We work to process and ship orders promptly. However, processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping times may vary based on product availability, order volume, carrier operations, holidays, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend an order.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at milddavis@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with investigating the issue.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because many of our products are handmade, produced in small batches, or available in limited quantities, all sales are final except for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Customers may request a refund or replacement for qualifying defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, personal preferences, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper care.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their purchased products.

Improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or other treatment may cause damage to garments or printed designs.

Melt. Design Works is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow applicable product care instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all original artwork, graphics, logos, branding, product designs, photographs, written content, and other original materials created by Melt. Design Works and displayed on this website are owned by Melt. Design Works or used with permission from their respective rights holders.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our protected content without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with its design or artwork.
