At Melt. Design Works, we believe getting your new gear should be simple and affordable. That's why we offer FREE SHIPPING on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Free Shipping

All orders placed through www.meltdesignworks.com qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

There are no minimum order amounts, hidden shipping fees, or additional charges for standard shipping.

At this time, free shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders only. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Processing

We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

All orders ship within 72 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next business day.

In the event of an unexpected processing delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Once shipped, most domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that the 72-hour processing period is separate from the estimated shipping transit time.

Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We use established shipping carriers, including USPS and UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

When tracking information is available, it will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at milddavis@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at milddavis@gmail.com with your name and order number.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Qualifying issues must be reported within 30 days of the original purchase date.
